Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Elegance Custom Apparels LLC, our products are custom-made according to your specifications. Because each order requires design, customization, production, quality checking, and shipping, delivery times vary depending on the product type and order quantity.

Estimated Delivery Windows

Please review the estimated delivery window applicable to your order below.

Single Orders

Fully Stitched Jersey: 3–4 weeks

Sublimation Print Jersey: 2–3 weeks

Group Orders

Fully Stitched Jerseys: 4–5 weeks

Sublimation Print Jerseys: 3–4 weeks

These timeframes are estimated delivery windows, not guaranteed delivery dates.

When Does the Delivery Window Begin?

The estimated delivery window begins after the required payment has been received and the final design/artwork and order details have been approved, where applicable.

Delays in providing payment, artwork, player information, sizes, quantities, or design approval may delay the start of production and delivery.

Custom & Group Orders

Group and team orders may require additional time because of the larger quantity and customization involved.

Customers placing group orders are responsible for providing accurate player names, numbers, sizes, quantities, and other required information within the requested timeframe.

Once production has begun, changes to an order may not be possible and may affect the estimated delivery timeframe.

Shipping

Once production is complete, your order will be shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout or during the ordering process.

We will provide tracking information when available.

Actual transit time may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delays

We make reasonable efforts to meet the estimated delivery windows provided above. However, delivery dates may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

• Shipping carrier delays

• Severe weather

• Holidays and peak shipping periods

• Customs or import processing

• Transportation disruptions

• Production or material delays

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

• Other unforeseen circumstances

An estimated delivery window is therefore not a guarantee of arrival by a specific date.

If you have a specific game, tournament, season, event, or deadline, please inform us before placing your order so we can determine whether the requested delivery date is feasible.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

Elegance Custom Apparels is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or failed delivery resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us promptly.

If a package is lost or damaged during transit, we will reasonably assist you with the applicable shipping carrier's investigation or claim process.

Customers may be asked to provide photographs, tracking information, or other documentation necessary to investigate a claim.

International Orders

For international orders, delivery times may be affected by customs clearance and local delivery procedures.

Customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated by Elegance Custom Apparels.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Remakes & Replacements

If an order qualifies for a remake or replacement because of an error attributable to Elegance Custom Apparels, the replacement will require additional production and shipping time.

Approved remakes and replacements may take approximately 3–5 weeks to ship, depending on the order and circumstances.
